Stress Management Session with Mr.Kedar Bogati

Stress Management Session in NVESS

As we know that stress is a normal part of everyday life. However, there are many ways to deal with it if we are conscious about its management. Managing stress is all about taking charge such as of our thoughts, our emotions, our schedule, our environment, and the way we deal with problems. Stress management teaches us   the resilience to hold up under pressure and cope up with challenges and struggles.

Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in our life. To identify our true sources of stress, we must first look closely at our habits, attitude, and excuses. Until we accept the responsibility for the role we play in creating or maintaining it, our stress level will remain outside our control. So, stress management knowledge is essential to have a balanced life, time for work and study, relationship, relaxation and fun.

North Valley English Secondary School has envisioned the importance of stress management techniques for our school management team members, teachers, parents and students. Thus, NVESS management team is privileged to conduct a session with the presence of  Mr. Kedar Bogati (Former Joint Secretary) of Nepal Government and an advisor of our school on the topic: "Stress Management".

The session will last for 2 hours from 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. on 5th Ashoj, 2075 with teachers and class 9 and 10 students for complete knowledge sharing and questionnaires with various PowerPoint slides, videos and several images related to the above mentioned topic.
