Techniques and Importance of Time Management Session in NVESS
Time Management techniques help children, students or any individual to prioritize tasks and accurately judge the amount of time needed to complete them. It helps them to complete activities in a timely manner, and learn to manage and stick to a schedule. Time Management often involves children monitoring their own efforts and actions, having an appropriate sense of urgency to complete assignments, and having the ability to efficiently follow step-by-step procedures.
Time Management plays a major role in academic success from recognizing the need for preparation of any exam, to having a good sense of how long assignments might take and being able to prioritize activities without stress. Good Time Management skills also help kids to complete household duties in a timely manner, and get ready on time in the morning. Children with poor Time Management skills may be known for frequently missing the bus, procrastinating when it comes to homework, and needing to rush through their homework and stay up late to complete assignments. Thus, the techniques of Time Management play a crucial role in student’s life and proper utilization of time is also a key to success.
North Valley English Secondary School has envisioned the importance of Time Management techniques for our school management team members, teachers, parents and students. Thus, NVESS management team is privileged to conduct a session with the presence of Mr. Kedar Bogati (Former Joint Secretary) of Nepal Government and an advisor of our school on the above mentioned topic.
The session will last for 2 hours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on 11th Kartik, 2075 with teachers and class 8, 9 and 10 students for complete knowledge sharing and questionnaires with various PowerPoint slides, videos and several images related to the above mentioned topic.
We would also like to welcome all our management team members, teachers and parents and encourage them to actively participate in the program for making this program a successful one.
