Financial Regulation

  1. Admission Fee is charged only once over the student’s association with the school during the admission only. This fee is charged to a new student at the time of admission and is non-refundable.
  2. Annual Fee is charged only once a year. Every student is charged an Annual Fee at the beginning of an academic session for the services the school provides for the entire year. This fee is charged every year to meet the expenses for the services, and the maintenance of school property for a period of one whole year.
  3. No reduction in annual registration fee is made and shall be payable within the month of Baishakh (beginning of each academic year). Failure to pay the annual registration fee shall result in the termination of student status.
  4. Tuition fee is charged for twelve months in an academic year.
  5. For whatever reason the child is absent in the school during the academic year, no reduction in tuition fee shall be made.
  6. Tuition fee of the current month should be paid by latest 7th day of the following month. If the 7th day is public holiday, fees can be paid on the following day. If there should be any difficulty, an appointment must be made to discuss the means of settlement. Any failure to comply with these conditions will result in your child losing his place in the class.
  7. If the tuition is not paid on stipulated time mentioned above, a surcharge of 3% per week will be added on the unpaid fees.
  8. School fees may be paid as follows  :
  1. Full year in advance with one month discount (on tuition fee only) payable by Baishakh 25.
  2. Six months in advance with half month discount (on tuition fee only) payable by Baishakh 25 and Ashoj 15.
  3. Monthly basis payable within 7th day of the following month.
  1. Any student wishing to join or withdraw in the middle of a session is required to pay the monthly fee for the entire academic year.
  2. There shall be no refund of fees under any circumstances.
  3. Transportation and food charges are made for eleven months.
  4. Transportation (School Bus) fee must be paid along with the monthly fee by latest 7th of the following month.
  5. Parents wishing to withdraw their children from the school bus facility in the middle of the year will have to pay the bus fee for the whole year.
  6. Those who do not pay the transportation fee within the stipulated time, will not be allowed to use the school transportation facility.
  7. Students have to pay the full monthly transportation fee whether they ride only once or  twice in a day while coming to school or going back home from school.
  8. There shall be no refund of any fees (Not even when a student is suspended or expelled from the school).
  9. Bills are ordinarily prepared for every Nepali Calendar month. Fees can be paid at the school office during the office hours and a receipt will be issued. Parents are required to make payment before the specified deadline on the bill.
  10. The tuition fee for the month of Ashoj and Kartik shall be paid in advance before the beginning of Dashain vacation.
  11. In case a student is asked to leave in the middle of a session due to misconduct or any other reason, he/she will have to pay the charges for the whole academic session.
  12. Parents are requested to retain the Fee card and the receipts issued to them. They might be required to produce them as a proof of payment in case the need arises.
  13. Examination Fee includes only the examination fee and charged each time before the beginning of examination.
  14. Excursion fee is charged separately during the excursion time.
  15. Students are charged for ID cards, report cards, certificates, calendars, diaries & prospectus etc.
  16. The school provides bus facility to the students on request.
  17. Repeated failures to pay fees will result in a written warning and the child’s name may be struck out from the school register.
